Religion has caused more deaths than anything else, including war, religion causes war. Religion is man-made. Just like the 'natural' disasters that are happening, they are natural yes, but they were caused by man via pollution of water and air, destroying trees. Religion is pollution of life.

Either god is all powerful or he isn't.

If he is all powerful, then he could immediately stop all the suffering in the world. He could give food to the millions of children who starve to death. He could stop children being murdered, ****d and sold into slavery.

If he can't do that as you say, then he is not all powerful, in which case he's not any kind of god.

If he is all powerful and could stop the millions suffering but chooses not to, then he is evil.

There is no other choice. All your reasoning and justifications are all bull**** so you don't have to admit the clarity of the above. It's really simple. He's either all powerful or he's not. If he is, then he chooses to let the suffering happen when it would be trivial for him to stop it, and if he's not all powerful then he's no god.

It's sad that lower intelligence people such as yourself waste their lives thinking there is a fairy in the sky guiding them and helping them - which encourages them to do ridiculous stuff like "pray" and "have faith" rather than doing stuff that actually would make a difference. Your religion is evil and responsible for incredible suffering.

Hopefully in the future people will understand how religious beliefs are formed and why they persist. And by understanding they wont mock them and laugh at them and display the sort of condescending, obnoxious arrogance that passes for enlightenment by atheists these days.

btw im atheist, but dont look down on people because of their beliefs. Many of them are better people than myself.
To single out one aspect of who they are and use it to belittle them is silly imo.
Many of the greatest boxers have faith. Why overlook everything they have achieved in such a tough sport and insult them for their beliefs?

again, God IS NOT everyone's personal genie. i don't know why you expect him to come down from the heavens when you want him to and make everything right. understand that there has ALWAYS been suffering and hardship even in the times of the bible. But also understand that God has a plan for everything and though there may be suffering and hardship now (all attributed to the devil btw) it will not last forever. if you remain faithful to the Lord and accept him into your heart you will be guided towards everlasting peace. amen.

also like i said before, all this suffering can be linked to the devil. look at all the greed, corruption, murder and hate in this world and you will find the devil. even in the bible the devil was a great deceiver who brought suffering to God's most loyal servants and including his only son Jesus Christ. The devil corrupts the hearts of humans to carry out evil. But when the Lord returns he will cast out the devil and his followers and non-believers and truly there will finally be peace on earth.

you must have faith in the Lord and your soul shall be saved. amen.

God is your one true faithful guide. he is with you always if you allow him to be and he will be with you until the end. amen.

absolutely this. i'm sure when the Lord returns they will hide from him in shame. but i hope some of them will have the courage to look at him and ask for forgiveness.
