'Ward isn't skilled' You don't beat the guys Ward has beat without being an extremely talented fighter full stop.

I agree Ward has to fight away from home, but to say he isn't skilled is ridiculous. There are plenty of dirty unskilled fighters who don't make it anywhere. I assume you say it to make a point but its wrong. Rigodeaux is an fantastic fighter who Arum has stifled, he has two/three good wins in Ramos, Cordoba and Donaire but nothing on Wards resume.

P4p rankings have more to do with who you have beaten than actual skill.

I wasn't impressed by his TKO over Gamboa.

Gamboa never looked good at 135 and Terrence was still getting tagged left and right in that fight. If he can do that to Abril, then that's something.

What you say is true. Ward is a dirty fighter and that's why he tries to have his fights in the Oakland area where the referees let him get away with his holding and hitting, wrestling and mauling tactics. I have GGG #1, Rigo #2, Mayweather #3, Pacquiao#4 and Ward #5 pound for pound. Ward is dirty but he is also very skillful. Rigo is a clean fighter with much more speed, power and real boxing skill than Ward pound for pound.

Beating Froch doesn't clean a division.

Is your P4P rankings solely based on skill?

                Why?

Ward fought much better opposition so far.

Yeah, Rigo beat Donaire who was and is a limited fighter.

Ward beat guys like Froch (that win looks amazing right now), Kessler, Abraham, Bika. Basically cleaned his division, Rigo beat one good fighter (who is not as good as Froch, btw), Ward beat plenty.

Rigotard here but I don't think so. P4p does account for who u have beaten which is why I don't have ggg or kov or wilder on it. And ward has the better resume. Only case for rigo being higher now is if u move ward cause of his inactivity

Froch, Kessler, Bika, Abraham is though. Ward is the only guy in boxing that has beaten every title holder in his division.
