Rigo is more skilled. Ward is too but requires clinches, butts, tricks.

Rigo best a fighter of the year then deemeed top p4p. Ward did neither despite an impressive resume.

More importantly, Rigo is desperate to fight. Ward is semi retired.

Ward should not be on any list until he comes back.to the sport.

Yeah, Rigo beat Donaire who was and is a limited fighter.

Ward beat guys like Froch (that win looks amazing right now), Kessler, Abraham, Bika. Basically cleaned his division, Rigo beat one good fighter (who is not as good as Froch, btw), Ward beat plenty.
Let me get this straight, Donaire is a limited fighter but Froch, Kessler and Abraham aren't limited? Ward's resume is much deeper, but Rigondeaux has one great win (Donaire) and that win is better than anyone on Ward's resume.

I think Ward should be higher than Rigondeaux P4P by the way.

Yeah, that post is ridiculous. Donaire is a better fighter and a clearly better win that beating Froch was. Let alone anyone else Ward has fought.

It may be Rigo's only big win, but it's better than anything Ward has done and it was last year. Ward doesn't have a good win in 3 years. When are people going to stop pretending that so much time has passed since the Froch win?

Drained to nothing Dawson and Edwin Rodriguez are not p4p #2 worthy.

Rigo is still NOWHERE near the top 10 p4p list. Boxing starts at 126 lbs.
Her comes a dumb azz with a usual dumb azz post. There are some bad dudes boxing below 126. It just sucks they don't get the exposure of the stars.

Guillermo Rigondeaux in contrast has real boxing skills. He doesn't need head butts, hitting off the break, hitting while holding, etc.

Rigo can win while fighting within the rules of boxing, Ward cannot win without resorting to dirty tactics - he's nothing without his home referees.

Rigo deserves to be #2 P4P behind Floyd (or perhaps even #1) while Ward should be dropped out of the top 10.
            Fucking goddamn agree with everything

            andre ward sucks.

Klitschko spoils more than Ward and is more awkward to watch but you love him Freedom. Hmm what's the difference?

Yes, it is based 100% on what I see and how good I think the fighter is. Resume has almost nothing to do with my pfp except they have to fight a few good fighters to judge their skill level. PFP is supposed to be based on how good you think the fighter really is. World boxing ratings are based on resume. Who you beat and when and how you beat them. Ward is without doubt the number 1 super middleweight in the world because he easily beat almost all the other good ones and he never lost. World rankings and pfp rankings are two very different things and many posters don't understand this. Look at ring magazine world rankings and their pfp rankings and you will see the difference. They once had Broner #5 at PFP when he was only #8 in his weight class. They ranked Broner so high PFP based on potential or how good they thought he was and not on resume. They were wrong but we all make mistakes sometimes and lots of People overrated Broner.

One win doesn't give you the ability to be P4P top 5 If it does it makes us no better than the UFC with rankings, hell If Loma won against Salido he'd have two wins that look more impressive than 95% of Rigos career.

Bull****, you're talking out your ass Ward and Wladimir are practically identical with their rough em up tactics one doesn't do it more than another...
I wonder where you reside from likely the USA.

You have that backward. World boxing ratings are based on resume and who a fighter beat and when and how they beat them. P4P is supposed to be about how good you think the fighter is for his size and weight whether he has fought the best yet or not. It's suppose to be based on how good you think his potential to beat other good fighters really is. Rigo can't fight Ward so you have to make a guess how that fight would go if they were the same natural weight. They have no common opponents of course.
