No its not enough, the right guy won the fight. Scores are often crazy,as Canelo had a judge saying he won vs Mayweather. As long as the right guy wins scores are pointless.

A lot of the cards were 7-5 but not all of then were.

Maidana definitely could get 5 rounds but he didn't clearly win 5 rounds. He didn't dominate or clearly win 5 seperate rounds.

So, he didn't have 5 "for sure" rounds like you said.

That's fine, the right guy won. I'm okay with decision, but a 5 point victory for Floyd is a disgrace Imo. My only point being, Maidana doesn't stand a snowballs chance in hell on the cards!

Well he sure didn't get no help from the judges on some of them close rounds. That's for sure. And he won't in the rematch either. It's KO or lose for Maidana.

That is what i had it as well after 6...maidana slowed down towards the end and floyd took over with clean shots down the stretch.

ThAt was ***ed up but the right man won....its the same shiat that happened in the canelo/lara fight. Canelo didnt win 9 rounds.. i had it a draw but it could have gone either way....not sure i can say the same about maidana.

Anyways those scores are gonna leave a bitter taste in the fans mouth for a very long time.. it is what it is

I guess we know why it is he doesn't want him to use his gloves. Gotta have every advantage even though he considers himself the best ever.

I understand that but again what you said orginally just isn't true.

There's no doubt Maidana has a case for 5 rounds but the fact is he didn't clearly win 5 rounds.

The only clear Rounds Maidana won were Round 1, 5 and 8 and even still 8 was quite competitive.

I dont know how true this is but someone on here posted that floyd was going to allow maidana to use his gloves just as long as they are within regulations...maybe since title will be on the line in 2 weight classes the fight will take place in 10oz gloves?

The gloves he tried using in their first fight were within regulations and Floyd still refused to allow him to use the.

Fact is Floyd is trying to close out his contract with Showtime undefeated, he knows every eager young fighter is after his crown and he wants every single advantage he can. He's scared to lose.
