Kell has been high on the Ring rankings for years - quite strangely. He's been ranked in the top 7 for ages.

I'm not as high on The Ring mag ratings as I was pre-Oscar. And I became even lesser of a fan when they modified their championship policy for the sole purpose of handing out more belts. That said, IMO they're still more credible and reflect the pecking order in the divisions more so than the ABC groups.

As for Brook.he first caught my attention when I was scanning The Ring rankings and he was like #3 and I had no clue WTH he was. I streamed a couple of his next fights after that and was less than impressed. I haven't seen him in awhile and like I said, this could be his coming out party. But from what I've seen from both, IMO Porter is a solid favorite.
