If I was Stevenson I wouldn't fight them either. Why would you when you could make 5 times as much fighting Pascal or Bute in Canada for instance? Makes no sense.
Froch did the same with Stevenson.

People just hate Stevenson because of his past. Its disgusting but it was 10-15 years or whatever back. I'll judge him for his in-ring ability.
    not true at all

he got sparked by boone, footage is on youtube

    and dropped by fonfara,

and he is mentally weak enough for hopkins to take advantage of

I have a feeling this ish is going to get me in the Stevenson defense force If it hasn't already.

Tbf I didn't keep up with the negotiations or whatever. Gutted it happened but at the end of the day we have B-Hop vs Kovalev to look forward and Stevenson will most certainly target the winner.

Lets face it, Kovalev ain't a draw atm, if he beats B-Hop things change drastically.

This could be said about Kovalev too.

Kovalev got decked by Boone as well, saved by the bell & awarded a gift decision by all accounts.

And was dropped by Caparello, footstomp or not.

I've seen nothing to suggest he is mentally weak. He got up like champions do, made adjustments and took back over.

he is definitely mentally weaker than kovalev and hopkins to a point where it matters a lot

you can see it from the way he carries himself in interviews, im not gonna keep harping on about it but im adamant thats the case and you will see it in a fight soon

I'm really not sold on Stevenson at all.

              Looks very limited to me.

People hate on Stevenson more for ducking Kovalev worse than a 5 year old boy ducks cooties. The severe hate didn't start until he did that.

I felt the same and felt it was because he is a spammer. He tends to spam the same punches over & over (also loads up too much)
Do you think this could be what gives you the impression?

I feel hes shown he can adjust on the fly and shown a lot of dimensions in his last few fights. Admittedly the competition hasn't helped. Bellew gave him too much respect & Cloud, old Mr Cloud made him look like Rigo!

I see a very one dimensional fighter.

Good power, good speed, decent reflexes.

But his offense is extremely limited, I don't see much inside fighting ability and his defense is leaky.

Also not sold on his chin or stamina.

Don't get me wrong I think he's a good fighter just not overly good.

I also wish he'd hurry up and change his entrance music to WWF Godfather - Pimpin' ain't easy.
