Will Stevenson have the last laugh?

    He will target the winner.

I think B-Hop is the harder fight, hes probably savvy enough to see the second half where he'd likely take over but then again Stevenson is a very athletic southpaw, very fast & can hit like a mule. Its another real risk.

A lot seem to think Kovalev steamrolls him, they both have the tools and power to to do that to each other but the more I see of Kovalev the more I think Stevenson is all kinds of wrong for him.

He comes forward and doesn't move his head.
He throws his combinations and doesn't step around or move his head He just stands there or pulls straight back.
I would not be surprised if that fight turned out like the Dawson fight and it probably will if hes not patient and doesn't tighten things up.

Stevenson did struggle vs Fonfara but he showed a lot of positives and I am not sure any other LHW could of took the shots Fonfara did. Those bodyshots in particular, they was just downright nasty.

I still think Stevenson is vastly underrated and might just be currently the better fighter out of all 3.

Possibly, but I think he is the weakest of the three.

stevenson is a much easier fight for hopkins ,

fonfara landed straight rights....hopkins fav and most effective punch

stevenson throws 1 at a time, kovalev punches in combination

stevenson is number 3 out of the bunch

dan you been riding stevensons d1k since the get go, you picked him to knock fonfara out early,

That's possible, put I think it's safe to say now that he is also the least keen on fighting the other two. If he is underrated, he brought it on himself. He openly ducked Kovalev (if that wasn't a duck, I don't know what is), and his team overcomplicated the negotiations with Hopkins.

The guys past disgusts me but hes a good boxer, a lot better than most are willing to give him credit for.

I actually wanted Boone to knock him senseless in the rematch but upon watching I started realising from then on he was actually a decent fighter.

Tbf if they fought again I'd still pick Stevenson by stoppage only before I didn't realise Fonfara was quite THAT tough. His record, his fights showed me nothing to suggest he'd see round 5-6 let alone go the distance.

If Hopkins beats Kovalev convincingly, and Kovalev beats Stevenson convincingly afterwards, who would you recognize as the champ?

We have a great fight to look forward to.
He will fight the winner after, boxing fans are just so impatient.

If I was Stevenson I wouldn't fight them either. Why would you when you could make 5 times as much fighting Pascal or Bute in Canada for instance? Makes no sense.
Froch did the same with Stevenson.

People just hate Stevenson because of his past. Its disgusting but it was 10-15 years or whatever back. I'll judge him for his in-ring ability.
