I understand but the situation is different though.

Pavlik's power pales in comparison to Kovalev's.

No roid is able to resist Kovalev's jab to the body...

People on here should do a little more research on roids and their effects on the body and there would be less talk of it... Accusations everywhere.

Kovalev would destroy prime Pavlik. This would be a much greater accomplishment if The Alien can pull it off.

kovalev must nearly be GGGs equal reputation wise, so BH taking the fight shows his bravery. Floyd lacks this desire to take risks and that is why Floyd will be penalized legacy wise. And Floyd will be penalized badly.

Floyd wouldn't tackle GGG, and he wouldn't tackle Sergio as well and when called up on it, the best Floyd would come up with you never know what the future holds?
Well the crystal ball revealed Miguel cotto showing Floyd how to do it, and now BH trying to do it. BH may not succeed, but at least he tried which is one step above what Floyd was prepared to do.

I'm not going to over rate Kovalev in this one. Yes he does have big power, but he does square himself up too much and is wide open to counters.

He also pulls straight back too much which led to that fake knockdown. Those are things Hopkins can exploit. Whether or not he can still do it at this stage remains to be seen, as he has looked far more hittable in his last 2 fights himself.

If Hopkins is on top of his game reflex wise, he will win. Anything less, and he will lose.

Once Hopkins feels Kovalevs power he's going to be on his bike. Anybody who thinks Kovalev is just going to walk in a straight line right into Hopkins tricks and get frustrated is going to be in for a surprise.

Kovalev is a master at measuring distance and keeping himself in the perfect range to unload his combos.

How did you manage to make this about Floyd. You shouldn't invest so much energy in degrading someone.

That + the fact that Kovalev's style is more difficult to deal with for a fighter like B-Hop.
