I hope he retires. he has nothing left to prove and he will go out as a legend! That KO he had against Pacquiao was epic and whether you hate him or not, that image of Pac lying on the canvas unconcious will be one of the first things you think of when Marquez' name comes up. WAR MARQUEZ!!!

For once I'd like to hear a JMM fan say..."Hey, he's probably guilty of PED's, but I don't give a f&^k. I'm just happy he won!" Then it's done and over with. But none of these haters have the intelligence or the humility. Ignorant comments like yours just keep pointing to the elephant in the room and show how insecure you are. Too afraid to MAN UP??
You can make threads and threads and more threads filled with hypocritical accusations.
You can pile nothing on nothing and hope it adds up to something.
You can have circle jerks with other P@ctards and with your alts when you're solo and then all pat each other on the back over how smart you all are.
But in the end, what do you have?
Unsubstantiated speculation.
What do I have?
Pacquiao asleep, face down in a puddle of spit.
KTFO6
I win.

I still think PAC-JMM 2 was their best fight. Since both of them were closest to their primes and their best weight division.
And the speed they were going at in their 2nd fight doesn't compare to PAC-JMM 3 and 4. They were fast, and non stop back and forth action. I still think this is the fight that best highlights their matchup against one another.
PAC gets the knockdown but JMM comes back to counterpunch beautifully and win rounds. I had it PAC winning by one point only due to the knockdown. The rounds were very close and the knockdown IMO was the difference.
PAC-JMM 3 was more of a tactical chess match of somewhat aging HOF boxers.
(I had it a draw)
PAC-JMM 4 was Arum milking this matchup for $ when they're both past prime.
Some would say, I'm making excuses ... but I'm just telling like it is. PAC hasn't been quite the same since the Margarito fight.
Go watch how fast these guys were in 2008, and try and debate me.

In fact, PAC took a lot of damage against Clottey and Margarito in March and November 2010.
Although PAC dominated the fights. Clottey landed few, but the few he landed were very hard clean punches. Same thing with Margarito[ body shots.
After these fights, PAC slowed down a bit but was still and still is a world class top boxer at 147.
In my personal opinion, he just slowed enough to be timed more. JMM always had PAC's timing down... but in the 3rd and 4th ... his punches were more clean and flush.

If he turned down Provodnikov because "he does nothing for me"...and instead decides to face Alvarado... then
It's time to go away. go away JMM.
He did the same thing avoiding Amir Khan and Brandon Rios a few years back. JMM considered them as threats and he wanted to minimize risk while on his quest for PAC fights.
Losing to Khan and/or Rios at the time would've killed his chances of getting the fight he wanted. Instead, he fought fringe fighters like Fedchenko and Likar Ramos.Last edited by Strategic1; 08-03-2014, 06:47 AM.

I don't see how anyone can defend that even JMM supporters. But yeah, that's how it goes with fans like you.
KTFO6 and then immediately lose to Tim Bradley the next fight. The worse was the whining but that's another story.
Any boxer that whines to that extent, and is delusional in saying he got robbed 6 times has personality but even moreso character issues. (I didn't even mention him drinking his urine) That's why there are many who suspect him of being a PED cheat. Instead of manning up and taking loses like a MAN. He lost partly because of his style and has himself to blame.
