Spoke to @StephenEspinoza. Expressed surprise at Hopkins decision. Told me the Showtime offer for a Stevenson unification was similar.

Fight will be televised by HBO. The IBF exerted pressure on Hopkins to reach a deal by 5 pm or face a purse bid for mandatory challenger.

Hopkins is scheduled to be in AC for Kovalev***39;s fight tomorrow night, per source.

Yo....
BHop won me back over. If he plays spoiler and beats KOvalev, HE is the MAN of this generation, not Floyd. I don't think he pulls it off and but I do give him a decent chance.
Win, lose, or draw, Hopkins is going for the gusto. How can it not be respected. Kovalev better not f**k this up tomorrow night lol.
