You brought up Pac winning the lmw title and said why didnt I hold him to the same standard as I hold Cotto to.
The fact is Pac relinquished pretty much straight after the fight while Cotto hasnt.
And I asked why dont you hold Cotto to that same standard and you have no answer because you were caught out on your own contradictions.
Go through my posts, I havnt contradicted myself like you have or just call me more names because that is all you can do.

I don't need to see the fight or even think its relevant because in my mind Cotto's not a middleweight and it can be argued that GGG blew out the next best MIDDLEWEIGHT this past weekend. You're arguing about nothing. But from now on, I will tt y not and used parallels and comparisons when dealing with you. I apologize. Its not fair. You probably weren't even following boxing when most of the stuff I referenced happen.
So in your opinion Cotto should be allowed to hold the belt hostage without people complaining.
As you can see you still avoid answering the question when you have been called out in your contradictions, so I have to say the exact same stuff to you.
Your comparisons got used against you and you had no answer which means you failed in your argument.
I actually knew more about the facts with your comparisons then you did and you say that I wasnt following boxing then lolz.
Good luck Troll.

To those mentioning Austin Trout.
1. Cotto apparently signed a 2 fight deal with Haymon. It was Mayweather and Trout. Haymon put Trout in front of Cotto, and Cotto fought him. The price was right, Cotto got the significant lion's share.
2. That was not a big PPV fight and wasn't supposed to be. Many fans, including me, thought that was a ****** move by Cotto. Cotto turned down Pacquiao and Canelo. He turned down Pac because he wanted a CW below 150. He turned down Canelo because he probably wasn't going to get the same as what he did for Trout because he would have had to give up more money in the purse split. Cotto was also coming off a loss and Trout was the champion, Cotto wanted a belt. In this case, Cotto won the belt, and beating GGG won't do anything for his legacy because GGG himself hasn't done anything even for his own legacy. He's no ATG, let alone HOF'er.
3. The next logical move for Cotto is Canelo Alvarez or Timothy Bradley. Both have been on PPV, Canelo has shown that by himself he is a 300-350k type of PPV seller, which is great. Bradley has shown with Pac and Marquez that he is a good enough dance partner to draw in 400-700k PPV's. Golovkin has yet to be on PPV and Cotto is not in the level of Mayweather or Pacquiao in selling PPV's that he can just fight anyone with no prior PPV headlining and still do well.
Golovkin is not a logical move. It is a ****** move that no fan would take if they were in Cotto's shoes.

Btw, Cotto's purse for Trout was a pitiful 1m. I have a hard time believing he'd have to sign a 2 fight contract with such a terrible risk/reward followup to get Floyd, who also needs marketable opponents. Cotto is a major star himself.
