It's just unreasonable to expect 33 year old fighters to take the worst deal on the table.
Yet none of his potential foes are 160lb fighters...so in other words its ok for him to lose his belts like Sergio did to someone who had never fought at 160, wasn't ranked at 160 and hadn't contributed anything not even a piss in the bucket...this is the bullshhh with boxing. Fk them ten dudes in the top ten at 160lbs because it's all about money right? Never mind the guys at 160 who've been there 4-5-6-7-8 years in the division so Canelo can just step in and take them belts.

He fought a shot Mayorga coming of a win.

Him losing his straps at a catchweight to someone who has never fought at 160 is a slap in the face to the top ten fighters in the division that had been putting in work long before Martinez and Dibella were dumb enough to fight Cotto. This is the shhh that pisses me off about boxing. There is a top ten in a division for a reason, either fight a top ten guy in the division or fk off and vacate. What's the point of putting in work in any division these days? Name and buys can't mean everything especially when it comes to belts.

Cotto is at a place in his career where I don't mind if he picks and chooses who he fights. He is at the end of his career so if he just wants to take big name marquee fights, then I got no problem with that..
Cotto is looking for established PPv fighters, not a guy making his PPv debut.. Cotto is looking for guys like canelo, Chavez, Floyd, etc...

Cotto needs to relinquish the belt then. I knew he would duck, /sigh making me not like him again.

Expected. Cotto should vacate instead of bringing the sport into disrepute and undermining Lineage. But he won't do that. It is a complete joke and a black eye for the sport.

Golovkin is a hype job. He doesn't deserve to mentioned in the same sentence as Miguel Cotto. He has the cowardly impulse to call out an inflated 154lb-er when he's blatantly ducking the man at 168 in Ward.

                      You idiots

Lmfao at all the GGG stans that are brainwashed by HBO. You guys have the nerve to call Cotto a duck? Who stepped up to the plate and WANTED to fight Margacheato when nobody else would? Who fought a PED infested Pacquiao AT a catch-weight? Who took on ALL challengers at 140 lbs? etc. and now he is ducking an over marketed challenger who has beat not ONE good fighter? FOH! GGG is the biggest hype job I've ever seen. I'm not seeing he isn't a good fighter..all I'm saying is let him continue his career and we'll see if he's as great as HBO claims..don't try to ****in force it.
