I like watchin GGG fight, his time will come when we will watch him on ppv. I liked when he told Max he has a pleasing Mexican style of fighting I even became a bigger fan of his.

Plane and simple he doesnt have enough fans, to be a successful ppv fighter. People arent going to pay $70 for a 10min fight and he fights bums, he's gonna have to fight Ward if he wants someone to shell out money, He couldnt sell 9000 tickets on a free HBO.

Why is there always a rush to make fighters fight on PPV.

            PPVs are killing boxing

There's no rush because he isnt there yet. He would have to face and beat a Cotto or Canelo type opponent first.

I really dunno why the networks are so keen on PPVs anyway

being on a premium cable network such as HBO or Showtime already excludes viewers enough as is

then you put the fight on a PPV type format and exclude the viewership even more so (pay the pay per view price, or miss out)

**and can people stop calling HBO "free" it's a premium channel that you have to pay extra in order to watch. If Golovkin was fighting on ESPN or NBC Sports Network then the fight would be free

                      Absurd

Why fans argue in favor of ppv is mindboggling to me. Who cares which fighters or what matchups are "worthy" or "deserving" of ppv. PPV is for suckers. And apparently, so many boxing fans enjoy being suckers. People should be boycotting each and every single ppv in order to end this ****** scam, instead of clamoring for more "ppv fighters" or "ppv matchups". Besides, ppv fights suck. They bear an inverse effect to entertainment value. Goes to cheesy decision every single time.
