The right answer is, floyd would never want to find that out. Roy would have been first on his official duck list.

Again, I wont be upset at anyone picking RJ as he is clearly an ATG but dont act like this is a sure thing. Its not

It would look like the first 4 rds of zab-Floyd, but for all 12 rds.. I don't see how Floyd beats jones... Jones was just as smart, just as fast if not faster, both are good ring generals-Floyd maybe slightly better, but the deciding factor would be that Roy had serious one punch power in his prime, Floyd never had that, and I think Roy's power and explosiveness would lead him to victory via decision
Floyd had mad power at SFW. Also Zab was a Southpaw so its night & day kinda like how alot of people think the southpaw Tarver wouldve always given him hell. Also u guys keep talking about JLC but Griffin did just as well in there first fight. That was going down to the wire

Floyd has not, COULD not weigh 168.

And obviously Roy is a naturally much bigger fighter who would crush him at any catch weight.

There lb for lb standing is debatable.

So Floyd vs. Roy at 168...what happens?
Floyd has never weighed 168 in his life and he's not going to fight higher than 154. This fight would have never happened. Roy is the most talented fighter I've ever seen but over 12 rounds....It's close. I'd like to see Floyd's adjustments to Roy's flurries and antics. Floyd keeps his cool better than most.

A prime Jones is hard to qualify and quantify in fantasy matchups. A 168 version was faster than most welterweights. A fantasy welter version of Roy would have faster hands than Neo.

Anyway, this is a great matchup and much closer than some are making it out to be, where both men would dazzle us with skills a la the McCallum-Toney bouts. But if I had to choose one fighter to win any fantasy matchup, it would be a prime, motivated Roy Jones.
