And it's not like Malignaggi just caught one punch and was out, he was caught plenty of times before going down and out. He got up at one point in the 3rd round as well didn't he?
Malignaggi has never been beaten up that bad before either, so let's not take what he says as the absolute truth and base all opinions on Porter from what a beaten opponent said.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying. He hasn't been beaten up like that before.

If a guy who's fought guys with decent pop like Cotto (prime cotto mind you), Hatton, Khan, Broner, Cano etc is close to going into a coma from a guy who two fights prior could not put a dent into a middle-aged, decent-at-best fighter who's been knocked out multiple times.

And that fighter didn't have a KO in 8 or so fights AND afterwards we're being told it's the hardest he's ever been hit -Then I think su****ion is absolutely warranted.

But I don't have to convince you. I think it will all come out sooner or later.

He is wild, sloppy as anything and my God is he boring. He should of been a wrestler.

All he does is wing wild shots & fall inside and proceed to push and club guys with rabbit punches.
Neither Alexander or Paulie could make an adjustment to save their life.
My friend, I'm not sold on him at all.

I do think he's a good solid fighter, and I like the guy. But I'm far from sold on him. I don't think he's an elite level fighter nor go on to be.

I think he's a good, world class fighter but I don't see him going anywhere near P4P contention.

But Jeff Lacy comparisons? Come on, you know that's silly. I know you don't really think that.

As for Brook, I think he's decent. A good fighter, well, decent.

I do think Porter beats Brook though. I don't see Brook having the skills or ability to stop Porter from getting inside and doing damage and I'm far from sold on Brook's chin.

I don't know much about Brook, just what I read here, but Porter is on his game right now and I think he will be impressive.

            I know I know.

I was just adding on to your comments.

Malignaggi was and still is confused by the effect of Porter's punches upon him but it might just be the way Malignaggi caught the punches as opposed to against the other big punchers he had previously faced, not to mention that he is older than he was when he was tasting Cotto or Hatton's left hook and perhaps his brain is not reacting as well to the punches as it previously was. There are more possibilities to this than that Porter has suddenly become a bigger puncher than Cotto.

I have Kell Brook winning via late stoppage; around the 8 round or so.

Porter can get crazy/wild and I think Brook will time him perfectly during the exchanges.

Nah, i'm dubious about porter also, but i'm not sold either way.
But you're not just su****ious, you are completely sold on porter being on PEDS, all because he smashed an old semi-retired boxer.
I need more to go on.

That's true. And it could be the case, but from how Paulie explains it, it just seems so fishy to me.

When you go from having mediocre power to almost putting guys with solid chins into comas in the space of 2 fights, I have my doubts.

                      That's all i'm saying.

And then we can add the whole PED testing that never was.
