Funny to see such obvious nationalistic bias in the voting.

I've only seen both men once each, and I have a rule that I don't have a pick unless I've seen both boxers AT LEAST three times each.

So tell me... who should I believe?

When you go from having mediocre power to almost putting guys with solid chins into comas in the space of 2 fights, I have my doubts.

      That's all i'm saying.

And then we can add the whole PED testing that never was.
There is such a thing called progression. Plus Paulie was so bad that night that any boxer with half decent power would have bashed him up.

The testing is actually the one thing i was dubious of too.
And to be honest if I was pushed I'd probably hedge my bets on him juicing - my point was just that it's not as simple as "he had no power now he has power therefore PEDS"

Power is not something you progress - either you're a puncher or you aren't. Especially over a period of 2 fights. He's never shown that kind of punching ability ever. Amateur or pro. I mean, he almost put Paulie into a coma, and he had blood on his brain after the fight. It just doesn't make sense to me.

And then there's all the PED testing issues.

          It stinks to high heaven.

I predicted that would happen to Paulie. Maybe not that destructive but I knew Porter was going to just maul him. The PEDs can't hurt doe.

fighters change the way they fight. physically, i agree, you cannot drastically change how hard you punch.

porter has always been an explosive guy. he's got strong hips, fast feet, very solid handspeed, heavy bones, all of the trappings of a guy with thudding power. it's possible that he may have had more god given power than his style had led on.

now, is it possible that porter 2.0 is gassed up? of course. brook is also a real suspect himself, looking way too trim at times to be a natural athlete.

it's 2014, brih. these guys make millions over the course of their careers. they're probably all on gas at the very top. you'd be an idiot not to be geared up.

                  Porter by KO or UD

Even if Porter is still juicing they aren't going to detect it, there PED's nowadays that the drug testing agencies are miles behind in being able to detect lol.

HGH for example, in the right doses literally undetectable and there many many companies making these drugs daily!

                    • I am leaning Kell Brook now...IF he has the right strategy.

He he doesn't have the right strategy he gets DESTROYED like others are predicting. Gut feeling is that Porter will be too strong for him inside.
