If he blew threw Jones I'd be more worried that fight answered a lot of questions about Brook to me anyway.
He also looked flat to me against Robbles. He is definitely hittable but he is not easy to hit clean especially when hes in his groove.
Agree with those tendencies & he brings his jab back to low but I did notice in his media day he appears to of tightened things up & was keeping his left higher & seemed to have a bit more upper body movement.

I didn't like this fight at first based on styles. Too upright, open for those big looping right hands but the more I've watched the more I think this fight strongly favours Brook.
Porters defense is totally non existent, a lot of people overuse the word 'subtle' there is nothing subtle about this guy, he literally runs face first into punches in order to try land his own.

Most are picking Porter, if Brook losses this fight to me that is the upset.
He is the bigger man, the the more skillful & technically sound fighter. He hits harder, has a much much better jab & puts his combinations together better. Far better at gauging distance.
He is quite possibly stronger & is more battle tested despite fighting lesser opposition.
This is Brooks fight to lose.
This is how I see it. Brook's jab is going to constantly be in Porter's face and his lunging to get in is going to get him caught with straight right. Porter reminds me a lot of Berto in that he's a great athlete, but his technique prevents him from being a great fighter.

Porter is going to get smashed.

My crystal ball tells me Brook takes him out in 6 & all these guys hop off and leap on board the Thurman hypetrain.

I agree with all of that. After brook wins, how do you like his chances against khan?

i feel porter is underestimating brook, also i dont think porter has taken training seriously and not studied brook enough

his bravado is a telling sign and his weight is also a red light

i'm willing to avatar or sig bet

I always liked Brook to knock Khan senseless and as bad as Collazo was if that Khan turns up or he can improve on that I think Khan has a chance, sadly, lol.

Always felt Khans speed allowed him to get away with an awful lot of amateurish mistakes and tendencies. Now he isn't totally reliant on speed I think he could be a handful.

His chin is always going to be a problem but no more than his predictability.

Why do all these Ingle gym fighters look the same?

                • I was leaning towards Porter but after watching all the pre fight shenanigans I am now going with Brock. He seems mentally and physically in the best place he could be. It just seems like this is his moment. Luke Campbell just won in fashion too so theirs probably a good buzz in the Hearn camp right now. Great matchup, so excited about this fight.

And Callum Smith 1st round win.

Just seen a picture from Luke Campbell's win, there is not one seat filled in the picture.

I know they get the experience of fighting in a different country but to me it doesn't seem majorly worth it by fighting in front of no-one.
