Definitely past his best but still a solid fighter, he gave Bundu a good fight last year - who I do rate.
I felt he looked very good in the first fight prior to punching himself out & he had a lot of problems going into that fight which are now behind him. He answered a lot of questions that night and he undoubtably learned a lot about himself.
He is a bum but the guy is relentless and gives a lot of guys problems. If they fought a few years back he'd of probably gave Porter a tough fight too who did not have a great engine by any means. It could well of gone very similar to Brook vs Jones with Jones piling it on late. He faded badly against Diaz's pressure, a different class of fighter but still Jones is a lot bigger, stronger and imposing and for all his faults is in great shape & only gets stronger.
