    Yes probably.

secondly, you guys only look at rigondeaux in the donaire fight. there are more fights to look at, and he certainly didn't look like the best boxer of his generation in those.

great, great boxer, as evidenced by the donaire ifght, but he's had a very short career.

my vote would probaby go to whitaker. i do think that floyd is a better technician, and would win at 147, but whitaker fought such better competition that you ahve to give him the nod.
Actually he has looked technically perfect in every single one of his appearances. There have obviously been times where he was not as active as he should have been, but there is no point in his career where you can point to and say, this guy gave him problems because his skill level wasn't as good as we thought it was.

I love when people post "evidence" without watching it. Rigo took Cordoba to school. The judges cards were very very bad, you can realistically give Cordoba 1 round.

I would say no. My choice would be Pernell Whitaker because he never ducked or cherry picked any opponent. In addition, he has the resume to prove it.

i love when a guy who has an avvy called "rigotard and proud" acts like he's unbiased and knows what he is talking about.

i have seen that fight several times, and if you think he was "taken to school" for 12 rounds you have no idea what you are looking at.

              rigondeaux fought like an amateur.

why would i post a fight if i have not seen it? what on earth could i possibly accomplish, and where would i even get the idea? who talks about his fight with cordoba?

i'm guessing that you're one of the rigondeaux fans who has not seen it, and who fell in love with rigondeaux after the knockout of the great rico ramos.

this is some of the dumbest crap somebody on a boxing website could possibly say.

                technically perfect

easing the D into that ******** in the g man thread was easy as pie, bro. you said some of the dumbest sh#t i've ever heard anybody say about boxing. you lubed up and presented yourself. all i did was give you the stroke. don't say dumb sh#t about something you don't know a damn thing about if you don't want to look like a fool.

these guys are saying he's the best pure boxer of all time. so are you. are ywe going to base that off of the donaire fight only? the cordoba fight isn't valid because he looked like garbage?
Show me where he looked garbage, he got on his bike eventually, cool. You have Emanuel "I hate cubans" Steward and Jim Lampley ****ting on Rigo, great... watch the fight, he took Cordoba to school and it wasn't even remotely close.

watch from here, Round 8, listen to them crap on Rigo in a round that he very very easily won in non dramatic fashion.
