Dont you think this GGG mess has gone on too long? This hype about him, he should have BEEN fought someone. He was chasing Martinez old behind but he could have been fighting top fighters in that time period.
Lara is Showtime/Al Haymon. GGG is HBO.

    But you knew that.

He was complaining about no one wanting to fight him and Lara called him out. Dont you think that fight would have been better than the bums he fought?

Oh I know it was all hype talk and people fell for it, obviously.

Idk if Williams is a good example tho. The guy fought from 147 to 160. You gotta give him that.

I don't have an agenda . My view is this..... I don't blame them for not wanting to fight Ward. Ward isn't worth it right now. I don't even know if he's allowed to fight. He's not a PPV fighter or a big draw. There are bigger fights out there for GGG.

However, I hope this can finally shut all the annoying GGG fanboys up about how the world is ducking him and he can't get a fight. He and his team make business decisions just like everyone else. His fans need to stop deriding other fighters for doing the same things he is doing.

He's evidently not some fearless beast who'll fight anyone, any time, any weight. His and his teams words prove that.
but they werent asking GGG what he thinks about andre ward as a figher or what he thinks about fighting andre next.. they asked him what do u think about andre saying u're ducking him. thats why he replied with thats too much for me. do u honestly think GGG will admit that andre is too much for him to consider fighting? LOL!!

Applying the same logic I can say "I hope this can finally shut all the annoying Ward fanboys up about how the world is ducking him and he can't get a fight" because he can fight Kovalev and Stevenson at 175.

YOU CANNOT DUCK SOMEONE WHO ISN'T IN YOUR WEIGHT CLASS. And for the record I don't think Ward is ducking Kovalev and Stevenson just like GGG isn't ducking Ward. They're in different weight classes.

I just said something similar. GGG is like any other fighter. He's going to fight guys he thinks he can beat, he's not going to fight someone he knows for a fact he cant beat, especially when he has something to lose.

That Lara fight could have been made EASILY, and he just wouldnt step up.

^this here, the guy doesn't even speak English well, some people here are reaching at anything to make it look like the smaller GGG is ducking Ward.

Yeah you could. I agree with that. Ward is being a bit of a knob at the moment.

Not only would he be going into uncharted waters in weight class he would be very small for, he would be up against possibly the P4P best fighter on the planet. That is a lot to ask and I would not want my fighter, no matter how good, to have to take that risk without testing. I would make sure he has some fights at that weight to make sure he handles it well first, before taking on a top dog in that division.
This fight has to happen but I think before it happens, GGG needs a Canelo/Cotto type opponent. He might possibly be boxing's next biggest star if HBO plays their cards correctly. At that point, a Ward-GGG showdown in the fall of 2015 would be huge.

Because he's already crushed any threats near his size. Who do you want him to fight? Froch again? Dawson again? Kessler maybe? Bika? Abraham? Enlighten me.
