Defeating guys like maybe Carl Froch, Mikkel Kessler, and Chad Dawson along the way. And is universally recognized as one of the 2-3 fighters in the sport P4P.

Then, hypothetically you have a guy that is 32yr old, and fought and won a silver medal in those same 2004 Olympic games. We'll call him Fighter B. He turned pro shortly after. And to date, his signature win is against let's say a Matthew Macklin type.

Being the standard for what a real fight fan is you are. If a person questioned Fighter A's willingness to fight high level competition and gave Fighter B a complete pass, what would you call him? I'd call him a total fanboy, delusional, uninformed, certified dumbass. What about you?
Ward turned pro IMMEDIATELY after those 2004 Olympic Games. By the time GGG turned pro two years later, Andre Ward was already 9-0 as a pro. Yet, GGG has now fought two more pro-fights to date because of Ward's inactivity and diva behavior.

How is it a duck when they're not even in the same weight class? Ward just needs to fight, period. His career is stagnant beyond belief.

Andre Ward gets his name thrown around a lot for a guy that has one foot in the gym and the other in a fishing boat.

Soooooooo, GGG has fought two more fights than Ward in two less years. Yet, Ward has cleaned out an entire division, while GGG's win to date is Matthew Macklin

Yes, Ward has cleaned out his entire division and is now looking to smaller opponents. Guy is just trying to ride the Froch, Chavez, or GGG train. It's one thing to see Erislandy Lara beg for his shot at the big time, but to see the #2 P4P do it is just sad IMO.

Ward will not and should not get any big fights until he decides to move up to 175. He wants the big fights to come to him while he holds out waiting for his contract to end. It simply won't happen.

Floyd Mayweather is better P4P than Andre Ward according to most fans and experts in the boxing world. Why is it that everybody wants to fight Floyd and no one wants to fight Ward? No one is afraid of Ward, the guy has no equity as a prizefighter. End of story.
