Canelo does not throw enough to win.. As you can see in the lara fight if he was more active he woulda def won... Canelo will lose to cotto.... its a bad match for him... We know cotto can take a beating with or without plaster and he can take a beating if he was weight drain... When the last time this guy canelo put a beating on someone... canelo is very vurnerable to left hands, which cotto has one of the best of either with jab or hook. and cotto has roach in the corner, cant see canelo win this.

I'd favor Canelo ,

he's bigger, younger, stronger , is a good counter puncher ... and has a judge in the pocket more often than not.

With that said, I wouldn't sleep on Cotto , he's experienced and smart, that could make the difference.

I don't think he can win in a spectacular fashion , like against Martinez, but if he steals a page from Bhop's book he can still outsmart Saul.

Not a bad fight , although Canelo shouldn't be fighting for the lineal MW title yet (assuming Cotto wins his next bout).
