Will Alvarez Continue To Get Better?

he has faced two highly skilled fighters so far, one being one of the best of all time

improved on his Trout performance last night by applying educated pressure

learned some techniques when Floyd schooled him and immediately applied them against Angulo, who made made to order for him to be fair

after last night he has even more experience

    I believe so.

He's definitely learned from the Floyd fight, it seems.

Can he be beat soundly by anyone not named Floyd Mayweather Jr.? They keep calling for his head but he keeps winning.

      Who's going to beat him?

My point being he's already a problem now, if he gets any better it won't be fair.

If someone wants to go two to toe they're a dead man!

          Andrade could beat Canelo.

Well Lara beat him last night

Any good boxer will give Canelo problems. Stand in front of him and he shines.

Charlos/Gennady/Andrade will all give Canelo problems and could win

Canelo doesn't get overanxious, I actually liked his patience in the early rounds, had he rushed Lara early he might have found himself in a bigger hole. I'm saying that with the understanding that he lost the first 3 rounds too but his mind wouldn't have been right if he ate big counter shots early. That said, with the minor improvements, better pacing...I think 160 will give him a better energy boost.

He needs to keep fighting movers, his pressure game isn't quite there yet.

Andrade would be a good opponent next.
