Why can't Pacquiao fight Thurman or Porter?
Because they are signed with Haymon, not Golden Boy. Schaeffer pushed Oscar's **** way up in there.

The thread should be "comments thread: Pacquiao-Algieri, serious trash for 11/22."

id rather pac fight guerrero, broner, khan, hell id rather pac fight ortiz. you cant have pacquiao be fighting unknowns and expect to put on ppv just because its pacquiao. at least floyd depsite his cherry picks, picks guys who are known.

you cannot be serious with this fight. you just beat the top3 p4p boxer in the entire sport in bradley. you cant go from that to this? that's something danny garcia would do.
I agree with you, but this is still nowhere near the Danny Garcia farce, Algieri is an unknown, but he is still holds a belt. Salsa is ranked 77th at 135, has 2 KO's and is smaller than Danny. Manny is a tiny WW and really should be a JWW, so in that sense this fight isn't anywhere that bad. But I get the sentiment, Danny isn't a P4P fighter yet and Manny is so it's a big drop off in skill regardless. I'm not paying for this bull**** but maybe Arum or HBO can put these kind of tune-ups on HBO or NBC sports with commercials or something. They'll make more money because I don't know anyone will buy this ****ing fight especially at $65.

Bro you are forgetting Danny Garcia is not "the fighter of the dacade", he is not in the top tree P4P in the world, he hasn't been a champion for more than a year. Please stop trying to save face comparing Pacquiao-Algieri to Garcia-Salka.

If this is what it takes to get rid of Algieri's wack ass, count me in for 3 PPV buys.

Hmmm, PAC fighting another 140 lbs fighter. Someone here actually had the nerve to suggest that algieri fight Terrence Crawford to see who faces PAC next
