I can't think of a boxer with a worse style for MMA or street fighting than Floyd. There's a reason you don't often see guys in MMA or Muay Thai dancing away in a philly shell.

It's a totally different game where your legs have to be positioned to defend themselves from kicks and you from takedowns at all times. Floyd's style is purpose designed to win boring boxing decisions. He would be ragdolled even by a girl.

Its pretty evident none of these guys have any experience in fighting what so ever. They'd both get destroyed in seconds by anybody who wasn't a total muppet.

That was just the first example I found but the point was that what is a boxer gonna do if the fight gets taken to the ground against someone who is used to being on top during a ground and pound? They would be in completely uncharted territory. How much practice do you think Floyd has with his back on the ground vs how much practice Rousey has on top of someone on the ground?

And notice how the fat dude was complaining that the other dude was throwing kicks. In a street fight, thats the smartest thing you can do against a opponent that isn't trained in defending them. Rousey would literaly have free leg kicks on Floyd all day could beat him easily that way alone. Floyd would have to lunge every time he wanted to land which would would leave him vulnerable to take down/ground and pound

Again, If this was a boxing match, Floyd would win a decision because more than half of Rouseys moves would be illegal.

If anyone here doubt the advantage of MMA vs boxing in a street fight than pick a dude whos the same level as you MMA and challenge him to a street fight. I double dog dare you to upload it to NSB and youtube

Floyd was backing up and walking down a 170lb Canelo. He would put Ronda Rousey to sleep in a boxing match extremely quickly. It would be brutal. When you try to troll and say Ronda would last to a decision, you make yourself look like a fool, from both a boxing and mma perspective.

I've seen youtube videos that end like standing knockouts but those are relatively rare. There was a video of some guy starting a fight with a former boxer in front of a liquor store that got sparked out asap but thats a professional vs a drunk amateur.

Why limit yourself to only punches when you don't have to? Kicks have longer range, are harder to counter, can attack anywhere on that side on the opponent and have more force to them than punches? I'm not arrogant enough to get into a street fight with my life on the line to not think about using all of my tools available

But if we agreed beforehand that only punches were allowed than I would use alot of feints and head movement but how many street fights have rules like that?

Like I've said before, If Floyd fought Rousey in a boxing match, Floyd would win a wide decision. But if it was a MMA fight or street fight, Rousey had the skills to beat Floyd and unless I see Floyd checking a leg kick and showing he can get out of a ground and pound, I would still bet on Rousey. Floyd is feather fisted and looks to counter which means hes flat footed. James Toney was flat footed against Randy Couture and didn't make it out of the first round.

Floyd is taller and has a longer reach than Canelo and Canelo wasn't allowed to use kicks or attempt a take down. Leg kicks change everying. Totally different ball game. I'm talking about a MMA or street fight here

Again, Floyd beats Rousey in a boxing match. I picked a decision because neither has the power to KO the other. Floyd wears orthopedic foam gloves which are the closes things to pillows in boxing. If he wore Reyes or MX than a KO is more likely.
