great fight gamboa isn't a lw and wasn't strong or long enough to really impose his will. Crawford has legit skills and did what he had to to win.

Really? Why did Crawford admit to being hurt in the 9th around and losing most of the 1st half of the fight...he even said that Gamboa leaves his left had low so he switched SP and Gamboa likes to rush in that's how he was able to catch him. That is the definition of being reckless.Gamboa didn't get reckless. He got the hell knocked outta him by a guy that discovered a round earlier that he couldn't hurt him and basically walked him down. And once the rules were established that Crawford could hurt Gamboa and not visa versa, the fight was over. Yes, he countered Gamboa effectively. But countering is a lil easier when you don't have to worry about making the other guy miss.
I was thinking to myself wtf is Gamboa doing he was 2 rounds up and staying in the pocket way to long but I guess he thought he could hurt Crawford 1stComment

Gamboa doesn't hit nearly as hard as Broner. Maidana said AB could crack. I do agree that the loss to Chino appears to have damaged AB. He looked like hammered dawg **** in his last fight. Crawford would be the fav. But I think AB would be a very live dog.Comment

Cmon man cotto was suppose to be too small for martinez, and what happened... same shiat with pac, tyson, hopkins, holyfield ect... smaller guys have beaten bigger guys before.. lets not use that as an excuse.Comment

People wondering how Crawford looks at 140 must be forgetting that he's already fought there; Prescott. I think that weight suits him better than 135 actually, although I'm still not fully sold on him fighting the best at 140.Comment

You Both have good points... i agree though that gamboa got reckless!Really? So what he got hurt late in the first. THAT was due to being reckless. The round before the first KD, you could see that Crawford became more aggressive when he was completely sure Gamboa couldn't hurt him. That's why he increased his punch output and basically went from countering to trading.Really? Yea but IDK. Broner punching power manly is a result of his weight lifting and desperation in the Maidana fight. Broner's reallly not that physically strong. Mayweather alluded to that fact a lot leading up to his fight with Maidana. Mayweather took the same shots that Broner did and wasn't shaken up 1 bit. And in Broner last fight it didn't seem as if he was hitting near as hard as he was in the Maidana fight cus if he was he would of got that dude out in 3 rounds, it was quite surprising and mind boggling actaully..Comment
