This arbitration didn't come out of nowhere though, Oscar has declined to speak about Schaeffer in interviews because Lawyers were involved and there were talks of this and both men hiring lawyers after the break up.

Haymon isn't an idiot..... everything will go exactly as it has gone in the past so nobody is insanely buttfucked until they're out into the clear.

Also, you don't think everybody in the industry isn't aware of Haymon?

Espinioza, Mares's manager, is getting ready to file suit. Barthelamy's old promoter is getting ready.... Duva already filed suit.

He's on very thin ice, the Garcia/Peterson situation isn't helping either.

He's not letting them unify unless the network gives them both pansy easy fights right now... Espinoza is spilling his guts on twitter about it as we speak.

I wonder who Espinoza is "compromising" with?

No worries tho. He will be back as an accountant or manager. DempseyTrollin is jack of all trades but master of none.

How has the business been harmed, when they are still promoting all of the fights for the Haymon fighters? The damage wouldn't occur until Haymon takes them elsewhere.
The damages would be caused by a 3rd and neutral party though. Schaefer leaving wouldn't be the reason for damages, as Haymon can technically still do business with Haymon.

Haymon can't be touched. He's just an advisor. He signs fighters and advises them not to sign long term promotional contracts so they can make more money.

If they were to sue, it would be for Schaefer negligently allowing the contracts to expire and continuing to invest in fighters that can leave GBP and fight for another company tomorrow. That's going to be difficult to prove though when GBP is still promoting fights for basically every single Haymon fighter. Schaefer can just say him and Haymon had a great working relationship and there was no reason to believe that Haymon would take the fighters elsewhere. It was his discretion as company CEO.

Haymon is the true puppet master. The dude used GBP and Schaefer and currently using Floyd and Espinoza. All while covering his own ass.

By not binding fighters, the Promotional co. can cut the strings without any contractual considerations especially if the fighter turns out to be a bum\loser.
Please, doe, stop posting crap. Let their respective lawyers battle it out in court. Right now you don't know ****. Go and kiss Floyd's ass and everything and everyone associated with him.
