Either way Lacy is the best, Some people are have moved to the Lacy bandwagon, but they were few of us from the start like me and raesaad.

Agreed, Calzaghe was good in his Prime, But hes not the same fighter right now, An out of prime Calzaghe would probably knock out Sven Ottke unless it goes the distance in Germany and Ottke gets the decision as usual.

I'm hoping Lacy fights like he always has. I don't want to see him freezing up. He has to let his hands go & keep coming forward. If he doesn't, I can see Calzaghe spraying him with those fast lefty combos, all night.
The overseas factor is a big one, IMO. It has nothiing to do with favortism, either. It's just rough on a lot of guys to have to adjust to all of the differences they'll face.
Still, I expect something big outta Lacy this weekend.

I think this is Lacy's breakout fight. I actually see a close fight through six and then see Lacy taking over with pressure and overpower Calzaghe until the fight is stopped.

Lacy by late stoppage. Calzaghe has simply waited too long. He should of jumped on the fight the minute Lacy called him out for the first time in 2004.

Calzaghe avoids all the serious contenders, fights Kabary Salem, gets preferential treatment in his hometown. I see some similarities. Only difference may be that Ottke fought better opposition and had better skill. Other than that, there are some similarities.
