I never liked that decision of dropping down to 168 for the Ward fight. Didn't make any sense to me. I think that hurt Dawson physically. He had a solid victory over B-Hop @ 175lbs and imo should have stayed there.

Problem is fighters never really recover from weight draining. This is why he's getting knocked out even by some blowing wind in the gym. He's just another Roy Jones now.

But I think Chad will still be a good fighter, but he wasnt never A1 in the first place...he just seem to complacent in the ring, like a robot, when sometimes he need to show more urgency ( Pascal) who he coulda easily beat, well should have

I don't think he's a joke but people consider him one now, Glass Jawson is what I see him referred to mostly.

Compared to pre Pascal he was considered the future to a lot.

Bad Chin Dawson returns. He needs to protect that chin instead of saying things like "Adonis was put here for me to go through to get to the title" before his last fight and instead see every fighter as a huge threat. Lets hope he no longer has the emotional maturity of a 15 year old.
