He's gone from 175 Champ fighting on HBO to fringe contender fighting on Showextreme after just one punch. I hope he can get back in the mix. His best bet would be for BHop to beat Stevenson and then he could get another shot at Hopkins. That would be better than fighting big punchers like Stevenson and Kovalev. Dawson should face Cloud, Campillo or Shumenov next. He should be able to win those fights if he has anything left.

Chad Why would you spar with a faded or even prime edison maranda to fight Andre ward? 2)Chad why did you fight at 168lbs when you knew that it would drain you to the point that you would have the same strength as a crack baby? 3)Why did you allow a hype job like Adonis stevenson to destroy you in round 1? We all know your a better boxer than that.

people just exaggerated the situation as always and then enough people said it for people to acts as if it really happened. like errol spence beating the hell out of mayweather when in reality he just gave him a black eye, or knocking out adrien broner when they were on opposite sides of the country.
There isn't even any footage of this sparring session yet people some how KNOW that Dawson was "KTFO" "KO'ed" by Miranda.

I have read about sparring matches where a certain fighter got "F-cked up" then I see the video and nothing significant happens. Another example is that "Porter put it on Pacquiao" in sparring, and "Spadafora destroyed Mayweather". The only one I believe, because it came from the fighter himself, is that a young Canelo gave Golovkin all he could handle in sparring, said by GGG himself. He said Canelo is the toughest fighter he's ever sparred with.

If he's with Haymon now, expect to see him fight a nobody. Haymon fighters have become tune up artists.

Yeah man, every other non-Haymon fighter is fighting some serious competition.

                  Haymon fighters:

                  Lara - Canelo
                  Stevenson - Hopkins
                  Porter - Brook
                  Russell Jr - Lomachenko
                  Wilder - Stiverne (?)

Fights in the past 12 months:

                  Garcia-Matthysse
                  Arreola-Stiverne I and II
                  Matthysse - Molina
                  Bika - Dirrell
                  Mayweather - Maidana, Canelo
                  Lara - Trout, Angulo

Yeah man, Haymon scared to put his good fighters against eachother and vs other fighters.

The only one I saw was years ago on you tube when Spadafora was training for a fight and Mayweather was not and Spadafora outworked him the whole time and then at the end, Mayweather laid down on the canvas from exhaustion and rolled around and then left the ring. He looked exhausted but I could not tell if he was just laying down as a joke or was winded and it was real or was doing it to build Spadafora's confidence.

Just found the video of them sparring:
