Mosley was 39 years old and coming off a 16 month layoff when Floyd beat him and Chavez and Whitaker were just shells of themselves when Oscar and Trinidad beat them.


Cotto's win over Martinez is the 2nd best out of all those.

I guess it just comes down to wording. I'd say cotton victory over Mosley was 'better', but his victory over Martinez was more 'spectacular'.

The problem was Martinez not only is old and past prime, he was freaking injured.

Murray beating Martinez is a case of an old past prime fighter losing, not Cotto.

No he wasn't. There hasn't been a report of a single injury from any website after the fight.
