Well, Floyd/GGG at 154 is not the same as Froch/Ward 2. And GGG at 154 is not 2 divisions north. It's actually (0) north.

Now while I do not expect this fight to materialize myself, and wouldn't even say Floyd ducked him if he chose not to even entertain the idea, it's still not the same because Floyd and GGG never fought.
