He has Ward and Hopkins (after he takes care of the Russian in his next fight) waiting on him at 168, but he insists on either moving down to 154 or continuing to fight C-class fighters. What a gutless coward.
You'd rather see Floyd fight another fat blown up 135-140 pound fighter huh?

Fatboy Amir Khan fits the job!

B-hop at 50 has bigger balls then Mayweather

This is a ridiculous comment. Sig worthy for sure. Cotto needs to challenge and fight Golovkin for this comment to make the slightest bit of sense.

Cotton fought Margarito when he was amongst the best in the business. He fought Pacquiao when he was at his absolute peak. He fought Mosley when it mattered. He fought Martinez when everyone wanted Pac and Mayweather to do it.

Cotto is more likely to fight GGG than any other prime time fighter based on his history. I'm starting to really like Canelo, he is looking like he's cut from the same cloth.

Agree with everything except the bold. He fought Sergio when Sergio was shot to ****.

But he had good reason to be that way.

Golovkin’s father, Gennady Ivanovich Golovkin, died of a sudden heart attack on Feb. 18 at the age of 68, causing Golovkin to spend a 40-day ritual mourning period in Germany and his native Kazakhstan, where he was at the time of the death. Golovkin was also forced to cancel an April 26 bout at Madison Square Garden against Andy Lee to make arrangements. [Click Here To Read More]

Floyd is #1 at SWW, this guy offers to drop to that weight. No good, Floyd just a feeble lineal paper champ, you think?

Hey both Hopkins and Ward called out Floyd at 160. Surely this is more fair, the duck is a 2x champ at 154

The usual. Probably too much of this regurgitated nonsense throughout this tread. GGG is willing to fight the 154 champ at 154. I don't see how a heavyweight fits into that equation.

And I would look forward to watch the rise of a new star in the sport of Boxing. GGG and Cotto need to throw down. Canelo can get the winner. GGG. And GGG would beat him too.

Yes Floyd should fight GGG. If FLoyds father can fight SRL, I think its embarrassing that Floyd hasn't fought as big a challenge as even his father. That's how bad a cherry picker Floyd is.
GGG isn't as good as SRL, but at least people will see it as Floyd taking a risky fight and trying to challenge himself at least.

I think Floyd should be embarrassed that he is rated so highly yet hasn't even fought someone as good as his father was prepared to do.

All you have to do is look at Ward-Dawson to see how the majority would react if Mayweather somehow won the fight. Dawson, the 175 king, went down to 168, got knocked down 3 times and quit in the 10th. Not a soul recognizes the victory.
True and i'm one of them. But I called it before the fight ended, I said Dawson is making a mistake by going down to 168. But it was his fault, he offered himself up at 168. Ward accepted it and beat a badly drained Dawson pretty bad. He was drained, but Ward only accepted the challenge exactly how it was said to him. "I'll fight you at 168". It was a mistake by Dawson, he hasn't recovered from that yet, and I doubt he ever will in his 30s.

Dawson landed 29 punches in the entire 10 rounds, and threw 187 total. Ward is defensive, elusive, but not like that. Dawson was weak as hell, he was a zombie.
