It's called monopoly, my friend. It's only good for the parties involved but overall not good for the sport. The same way it's not good in business because you get to set prices and undercut other parties in the short run for your own best interests in the long run. Besides too much going into one process creates a bottleneck and inefficiency starts to set in which is why you see a lot of Haymon roster now starting to stay dormant and not active. Too bad fighters are not too smart and not realizing that if you are not one of his prized asset i.e. Floyd, Broner etc, you might get one good fight but then afterwards you are left out in the cold.

al haymon and schaefer want the cold war to continue. so for the good of the sport we MUST boycott any fighter who is with al haymon.
we must come together as fans and support oscar.

Being a fan of what AH and RS are doing makes absolutely no sense for a boxing fan. It's like being happy that the suppliers of your favourite brand of clothes have upped their prices for lower quality material and you being really happy about it. It is working directly against your desire for the best possible product at the lowest possible price.
Anyone who is a fan of AH doesn't give a **** about boxing as a sport. They simply enjoy their 'guy' winning and feeling success by association when there is really isn't any.
I agree fighters should be paid well for what they do but Haymon has taken it too far and the fans are suffering and will continue to suffer. You are not a fighter so what they make shouldn't really interest you at all. You're supposed to be a boxing fan so the best fights for the best price should be what you care about, nothing else.

Haymon is no worse than Arum, Schaeffer or any other promoter/manager with power.
He's also not the positive force some make him out to be.
