I don't see why that has to change. Not sure Haymon has an issue working with GBP. Of course that might not be the case. But if Porter is a potential opponent for Floyd, which he probably is, things change drastically anyways.

I'm really happy for Oscar De La Hoya for trying to do what he feels is best, for sticking to what he believes in, for trying to make the sport better of boxing better, for trying to give us fans the best possible fights, and for taking care of the fighters. I always pull for Oscar and wish him the highest success and all the best.
Who Oscar de la Hoya is left with? What fighters, namely?
The wize guys recycled all the money Oscar ever produced and now they are passing to Floyd's money... Fighters aren't bright businessmen -- they are money making machines at most.

These boxers are going to follow the money trail. Now since Mayweather; The cash cow of boxing has bounced from GBP, watch how about 90 percent of the remaining fighters that were once promoted under the Golden Boy Promotions banner follow his lead and do the same. The reason being is because they believe they have more financial opportunities working along side Floyd as opposed to Oscar, which is why almost all of them are signed with Mayweather's advisor Al Haymon in the first place.

I'm pretty sure GBP has more things to worry about than Mayweather.

U do know that Haymon is a manager and not a promoter right? U do know that without a promoters license which neither Floyd, Haymon, Schaefer has you can't promote a fight right?

I don't know. Golden Boy severely overpaid for Russell vs Lomachenko and Russell isn't even signed to them. I don't know if they will continue to be so "generous" to Haymon fighters now that Floyd is gone. Or maybe they have to be. Who knows?

I wonder if Oscar was left "on the green", at least...
