It is really frustrating to watch a fighter of wards calibre waste his prime years. Very frustrating.

Wards biggest issue is he believes he is a much bigger star than he actually is and is pissed/jealous of guys like froch whom he beat getting way more attention and money than he does.
he basically makes mayweather esque demands but unlike mayweather he hasn't got drawing power to do so.

For instance if he was to fightt froch/chavez imo at least 80% of the tickets would be sold by Forch/chavez yet ward acts like he is the 'A side'.

GGG imo is a bigger star than ward now ... yet GGG would have to A. Fight in oakland B give ward the lions share of the purse C Move to 168. Ward does ward conceeed? absolutely nothing. And yet that is somehow supposed to be calling out GGG?

it's like GGG calling out floyd and then saying but floyd has to move up to 160 and give him 60% of the purse while he's at it. That's not actually calling out floyd. In the same way ward is not actually calling out GGG.

I want a full run down and timeline of why, how when and whats happening now...

Yeah definitely agree that ward needs to step outside his comfort zone and make concessions to get these big fights. He's one of the most skilled guys around today, IMO he can beat everyone at 168-175

Eh, I'll give you an in general one. Ward signs a contract extension before Froch, Doesn't like it and feels like there are bigger fights for him, tries to get out of it once and fails.

Tries again after his fight with Rodriguez, cites the California Labour Law and that OLDH used it to get out of TR, fails again because it doesn't cover contract extnesions. Goosen says that since he's wasting time suing, his contract is extended until like 2016 or something

Wards options are Froch, Martinez or GGG moving up or move to LHW. He doesnt seem to want to do any and especially not if it means fighting outside of cali.
