Ward would have been DQ'd had he fought Kessler in Copenhagen like that.

atlantic city is thousands of kilomteters away from oakland. do you understand how big this country is?

AC was a much more neutral venue than denmark or the UK would have been.
The only controversy was in favour of Froch anyway.

Well. The second fight against Groves was much different than the first one, the second fight against Kessler was much different than the first one. Froch could do differently against Ward this time and in Nottinham, he just might stand a chance because Ward won't be allowed to hold constantly or headbutt there.

This is a fight between #1 and #2 in SMW and you don't want it? No other fights for Ward makes sense right now.

          exactly. those scorcards were garbage

i haven't scored the fight in a while, but i think i had it 10-2, with only one round being a relatively clear froch round.

the brits seem to forget that froch not only lost, he got completely outclassed and talked retirement.

When was that fight? 3 years ago? Froch had gotten better and better with each fight since picking up a world title against Pascal. I don't think one loss years ago holds much relevance to his career today.

I'm pretty sure of that. He won't go to USA to fight Ward, that would just be ****** and history would repeat itself, but things could go much differently in Nottinham. Ward just never travels and his value as an opponent decreases and decreases as he lose more fans, so I think Froch has lost some interest in Ward, although he would probably gladly accept it if it finally seemed realistic to get Ward to UK. It doesn't even have to be in Nottinham, let it be in London.

In other words you mad because he's the best fighter above 160 pounds and no one can beat him. All this other "WHY WONT HE LEAVE OAKLAND" bullshit is just that, bullshit. Y'all banking on a venue to beat him? Y'all are fucking pathetic. Get over it already, he's the best fighter north of 160 pounds and it's nothing you or your favorite fighter can do about it.

Exactly. If Ward had fought Kessler in Denmark, Ward's undefeated streak could have stopped already back then, he would be disqualified.
