bradley was young, prime, wbo champ, p4p #3, and coming off a big win against juan manuel marquez.

Bradley's best weapon is his head.
no world beater? he was the former unified wbo and wbc champ at jr welterweight, was ranked #2 at welterweight and p4p#3.

how is it possible to not be a world beater yet be recognized as one of the best in the world?

Bradley has defeated Alexander. Honestly, I doubt that Alvarez would beat Alexander... Who has Alvarez defeated that is close to Alexander in quality? None? Yeah, I thought so. Not saying that Alexander is Bradley's best win, but it's up there.

It's Alvarez who is not as good as you think he is. When that is said, I like both Alvarez and Bradley and I certainly wouldn't mind a fight between them, although I think the Alvarez hype will die out after Lara is done with him...

it's funny how he devalues bradley (a proven champ who worked his way into the top ten p4p) while hyping canelo who only has one decent win which is trout.

even if canelo makes something of himself in the future, it won't enhance floyd's win against him since canelo was 22 years old and still very green when floyd beat him.

Somewhat OT, but imagine how good Floyd would be if he were trained by Steward.

This has nothing to do with Floyd, the poster was foolishly saying that Cotto had never beaten a fighter on par with Bradley and I pointed out that he beat Mosley. A much better win than beating Bradley.

So you consider an old and shot Shane Mosley better than a fresh Alexander, the Marquez who had just KOed Pacquiao, etc.? Get serious.
