Indeed. Until there hero takes a knee, they will continue to try and pretend quittin on the stool or from your ass is more "warrior" than going 11 brutal rounds against Resto's ghost.

He gave his all and couldn't take anymore but Margarito possibly having plaster wraps was the reason. We don't know but if a guy gets caught trying to cheat, it's not crazy to think he might have cheated before.

Yup! I don't even count it to be honest. Tony got caught cheating right after that. It's not legit IMO.

yeah, the forums will talk about these instances focusing on the fact that a fighter quit, many times it's been said that these fighters have no balls.

now, seeing that the forum is full of zero fight experts on the sport I can not expect you to know or understand the damage that is incurred during a fight nor would I expect any of them to relate to the affects of boxing years after a career is over.

therefore, I can not expect to see much in the way of actual intelligence in any of your hater comments. You people, for the most part, have not the balls to ever step in to fight yet you have the balls to call our fighters *******, cowards and quiters.

I would rather be a quitter who fought hard but could see the end results written in stone rather than some ***** assed no fight loud talking mfer.

98% of you are ****ing clueless as to what a fighter deals with in training, in fights or even the years after a fighter is finished in the game. Clueless!

save your quitter comments for the mlb and nfl players who make multi millions per year who sit out games because of a jammed finger or stubbed toe.

leave the warriors alone with this bull****.

I'm just saying that whether Margarito cheated or not has no bearing on what people should think of Cotto taking a knee. It's not like it was unforgivable if Margarito was clean, it's still a fight where the quit was understandable and no one should criticize Cotto for it.

At least you guys are getting better with saying possibly. Just make sure you give Trinidad the same love for suspect wraps.

Ortiz against Maidana or the typical Tor Hamer fight are unacceptable quitting, where a fighter clearly could have kept going but chose not to.
What about the Angulo quit job? Acceptable or not? It was perceived that he had a broken bone but he didn't. Meanwhile Lara fought with a similar hematoma (I believe that's what its called) vs P.Will with no problem.

A fighter that comes out one more round to fight and quits is better than a fighter quitting on their a$$ any day.

Don't blame Angulo, it's a shame because he had Lara out on his feet, mind you he was thumbed so I can't hold it against him.
