Golovkin x Stevenson - same tact, different response

Both called out everyone in or near their devision

Golovkin called out everyone from 154 to 168 while Stevenson did the same for everyone at 175

Ward & Kovalev responded to both who respectively said not yet in other words

Stevenson is ridiculed while Golovkin is not. Funnily enough, Ward is ridiculed more than Golovkin. I struggle to contemplate how someone who has earned his stripes is mocked more than a person who hasn't.

I don't seem to understand the logic. But then again, trying to find logic on NSB, is like trying to find a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow, it won't happen

We all know why and it has nothing to with boxing.

No need for names. I didn't go there, and nor did you have to

What was the point of calling out 154s and 168s then?

It's pretty simple really, Ward is probably the physically strongest '68, moving up to face that guy is as ****** as it gets. Takes some building to deal with an opponent with that kind of physicality.

            You're joking, right?

First of all Adonis and Kovalev are in the same division, so theres that. They both went 4-0 last year and won titles. HBO matched them on the same card to marinate a fight between them two afterward. Adonis's camp didn't want the fight after the original show in November, they wanted to fight Fonfara and thats when Kovalev fought Agnew...... THEN Adonis completely ran from HBO, signed with Haymon (because Showtime would pay more for............ Fonfara) and THEN started calling out Kovalev on twitter and using Al Haymon business talk.

Meanwhile, Andre Ward got interviewed in one boxingscene article and said "I would fight Golovkin"

........ That's it. No contract offer. No official talks between parties. All he said was "I would fight him" (around the same time when he criticized GGG for wanting Chavez JR, but a few months earlier he actually wanted to fight Chavez Jr.)

On top of that Ward hasn't fought in how long? I dont even know, I just know that Edwin Rodriguez got paid like a million dollars (haymon)

            ****** thread.

So Mayweather moving up to fight De La Hoya, Cotto and Canelo at 154 was ******?

What's the point of Andre Ward saying he'd fight Mayweather at 160? No point.

What matters here is Stevenson and Kovalev are in the same division, it was the biggest fight at 175. But Superman split. Golovkin on the otherhand has been actively seeking the best in his division, namely Martinez.

The reason for the name calling is how unbelievablely ridiculous your thread is. How you can even compare the two suggests subhuman intelligence.

Ward employs grappling, his game is more emphasized on wrestling than those fighters. Ward will control him, push him around, make sure Golovkin doesn't have his footing, it's gonna be that kind of fight. To better prepare for it, it's best not to jump at an opponent like that, at least not right away. Don't see how thats hard to understand.

Ward should be moving up, not Golovkin
