This is the sort of impartial analysis that makes NSB the ***el of the boxing world.
If you reread my post... I clearly say Matthyssee got "somewhat outboxed" referring to Alexander and Judah.

They did outbox him at SOME points of the fight, but not the whole fight.

Either way, the difference between Rudlan-Brad and Lucas-zab-Devon is not even close to being similar. Ruslan actually hurt Bradley and the Point is that the ref missed 2 clear knock downs. That didn't happen in any of Mattyhsse losses

Because losing to Bradley is better then anything Mattyhsse has accomplished in his career.

      Let that sink in. Lol.

You're acknowledging the 'what ifs' for one guy and not for the other.

If those knockdowns get called against Bradley, Ruslan wins that fight. But if the knockdown in Matthysse-Garcia is correctly overruled because Lucas is tangled in the ropes, then Matthysse wins the fight on two of the official cards.

You can't just say 'this guy was screwed by poor officiating, and the other guy was also screwed by poor officiating but I'm not going to acknowledge it". That's hardly fair nor reasonable analysis.

Provodnikov is so overrated. Matthysse and Maidana (who is also very overrated) would batter him.

If that were true you would have a point. But it's not.

              It's a **** point

Matthysse arguably has one close loss to the 140 champ.

I get what you're saying but I wasn't talking about Garcia-Matthysee. You are right, though. I am sorry

I've never been impressed with Provodnikov. I honestly think Rios stops him if they ever do fight(at 147).Maidana and Matthysse will probably beat him worse

Rios and Matthysse are just too good on the inside. They're patient, throw compact and thudding shots and are better combination punchers. Rios is slow as hell and can't cut off the ring to save his life, but that won't matter against a guy like Ruslan. Rios is the superior inside fighter and he has a better chin. Provodnikov's face won't hold up for 10-12 rounds against either on of them.

Maidana is just too awkward and powerful. He might get dropped, but I can't see him losing to Provodnikov, Matthysse, or Rios.

And? Molina can punch. Matthysse won every minute of the fight minus the KD's.
