Pacquiao has showcased more skill than Wlad ever has. His offense is more dynamic and uses more angles, he uses veteran feints and veteran moves that I've never seen Klitschko even try.

PFP he has more power, more speed, conditioning and defintely a better chin. He has the better wins, better competition.
