He's not over rated at all. People forget what he's done and to whom. He was not just winning fights against elite competition. He was making it look easy. He is a complete fighter, not too many of those around. He can fight on the inside, outside, brawl or box. Boxing IQ is up there with the best ever. What people havn't really seen is he does have a huge heart. He's extremely game. We'll see it when he goes up in weight and starts meeting stronger punchers and he will still whip 90-98% of them in my opinion, till he gets old and slows down, then he will begin to fall.

Is Andre Ward the most overrated fighter currently?

The guy hasn't lost a fight since he was a preteen. Won an Olympic gold medal as an amateur and cleaned out his division as a pro.
Basically he proves he is the best no matter what level he competes at.
What other fighters today can show better credentials?

Whos he beat? Froch maybe?
He needs to not drain fighters, and beat elite fighters and then maybe he should be above Pac, but until then yes hes overated.

Definitely the second best fighter in the sport and he performs the part.
Don't have to be #1 P4P due to inactivity but he's the man.

Ward is a great fighter but with all this inactivity it hurts his stock, he needs to get back in the ring and show everyone that he is the best in the ring... And I'm not even a Ward fan I just think he has all the ability to be the p4p king.
