Angulo looked like that against Canelo because within the first 2 minutes of the first round he got clean by a series of Canelo power shots. But of course people never credit Canelo. It must be because Angulo was finished when Lara got through with him. Although curiously Angulo wasn't finished when Kirkland beat and stopped him in 6 rounds.

Let them continue to live in their fantasy land. They've convinced themselves Angulo was shot against Canelo.... ultimate damage control.

At the very beginning of the first round I saw Alvarez land a mammoth body shot on Angulo, how can you fight when you cant breathe. He went to the body several times in that fight. Lara only went to the head all night so Angulos mexi-chin let him keep attacking. But honestly to me Angulo hasn't been the same since the Kirkland fight and the prison time.

I wanna see Kirkland kill Ginger after they rob Lara when he clearly will win and get jerked. He will need a ko cause the judges are paid. Blake Griffin has a few more PPV fights so the networks don't want to mess that up for him smh.

I agree. The Angulo that fought Canelo looked so slow and lethargic, and it wasn't because Canelo made him look that way. He just looked overtrained and tired heading into the fight. The Angulo that faced Lara looked much energetic.
