    He's probably just exaggerating to help sell the fight I would imagine. Yeah, he's had alot of injuries and is at the final bits of his career, but I doubt he'd even do the fight if he was that bad off.

      Yeah.....it kinda is true, it is in no way healthy or beneficial to train that long so frequently so go do some reading.

          Yeah, I was thinking the same after thinking about it and reading the other posts here. I know he can't or shouldn't run, but there are elliptical machines he can work out on that are easier on the joints.

          I'm sure he'll be ok come fight night, in the best shape he can possibly be in the stage of his health/age. It's going to be a very interesting fight.
