I don't know what dude said, but the 6 fight deal was over 200 million dollars. That's just from Showtime. The way Forbes broke it down once, was that when you go see Derek Jeter, and you buy a Yankee T-shirt, or a hot dog, Derek Jeter gets none of that. When you buy a shirt, or a hot dog at the MGM, Floyd gets a part of that. He gets a part of everything going on in that building. But if the show was to be a flop, Floyd would be AZZ OUT!

What people fail to realize is that Pac sold 750K by himself...absolutely ZERO help came from the undercard..He NEVER EVER gets help from his undercards when selling his PPV's. Mayweather sold 900k with Khan and Broner on the undercard. Do people really think Floyd would sell 750k if he was the only person fighting?? Floyd needs help selling PPV's but manages to do so because he is a great business man but 1 on 1, I think Manny would be the bigger draw. Every single one of Floyds fights always have a stacked undercard.
And my POV is as a boxijng fan, i'm neither a Maywaether fan nor Pac fan, I just loved watching boxing and watching them fight.Comment

so whats ellerbe's position or haymon's position within the TMT? and i didnt say he just showed up yesterday. u posted saying hatton, oscar, and shane, floyd already beat those guys for manny. so thats why i posted saying what about morales, barrera and cotto. did floyd beat those guys for manny first also?I left out the little guys because he made his money when he became "MONEY." He changed the game when he left Arum and became his own man, and not another man's bi*ch. He's been the highest paid athlete on the planet earth for at least 3 years running. He's been a champion for 17 years now. He didn't just show up yesterday.Comment

so they must be losing out on a lot of money then if the fight only sold 900k in ppv? and their paying floyd a guarantee of 32mil? Then you add that to the fight with Maidana, another $32 million. So that's three fights with minimum purses of $32 million (although the bout with Canelo was even more). In 2013, Mayweather fought twice -- both dominant decision wins -- earning $73.5 million in minimum purses, $32 million against Robert Guerrero in May and $41.5 million against Canelo Alvarez in September.Comment

That's just means that Pac Has Dumb Management. I guess Floyd was right that he has the best Management in boxing while Pac will be broke after 3 years of retirement because his promoters & Management don't care. What people fail to realize is that Pac sold 750K by himself...absolutely ZERO help came from the undercard..He NEVER EVER gets help from his undercards when selling his PPV's.
