the weight has nothing to do with it to people that have a brain. pac and marquez are the same size, and im pretty sure their fight night weights were similar in all the fights aswell.

Let's get one thing straight. In Pacman/Marquez 4 it was the 1st time in the series where Marquez gave all Pacman fans what they asked for. He didn't box, he stood in front of Pacman and traded. That's what the **** happened. He traded with Pacman and steered him into one of the single, most deadly right hands ever landed.

"Marquez was taking a beating", does not apply. You begged for someone to stand and trade. Marquez did just that and the result was the only conclusive victory of the entire 4 fight series. Deal with it.

The beating only took place in the minds of Pacquaio fans, who were looking for a silver lining after Pacquaio got KTFO. They came up with the Marquez was taking a beating line and the Marquez was on drugs line to save face. As is the case with a certain political party, if you repeat the talking points long enough, all the sheep will start to believe it and start repeating it themselves.

All three official scorecards had Pacquaio up by one point after the fifth round. Only in the minds of Pac worshippers was Pacquaio winning every second of every round except the two seconds when Marquez knocked Pac down in the third round and knocked him out in the 6th.

I'm tired of Marquez fans bringing up KO6 when the fact of the matter is JMM is fighting Alvarado. What does PAC have to do with his upcoming fight? PAC has won twice since and JMM lost to Bradley.

JMM has done nothing at 140 pounds and above beside PAC-JMM 4.

Many of the same fans who keep bringing up KO6, are opposed to a PAC-JMM 5 fight because it's essentially a 50/50 fight. There's a chance JMM would lose and that would help diminish the legacy of their Fapping video.

JMM was hurt. He even said it out of his own mouth ..that at any point, he could've been knocked out himself. Marquez's actions after the fight make PED accusations against him legit. He turned down VADA/USDA testing against Bradley. That's the damn truth. That raises question marks right there. Put 2 + 2 together.

I have no problem about talking about the 6th round. But I just find it funny, that it's always brought up. It seems to me his fans are trying to 'keep the feeling' alive after JMM lost a clear decision to Bradley. Now they always try and say now...he's old, he's 40, he should retire. No to PAC-JMM 5.
If he's in the boxing game, he should give the best challengers a shot (Provodnikov). Otherwise, retire and don't be a DIVA. He's not going after a 5th title, ...he's going after a 4th.

JMM is a great fighter. In fact, he's a hall of famer, and a ATG in the lower weight classes up to 135 pounds. He hasn't done anything at 140 and above besides beating PAC and I'll stick to that statement.

Superb post, people have exaggerated this "Marquez was taking a beating" shtick when in reality it was a very competitive fight before Pacquiao went unconscious.
