I'll be rooting for Gamboa but I think the safest bet is Crawford by UD.

If there was any match-up where Gamboa had to pull out all the stops to win, it's this one right here. My faith in him will be restored if he pulls out the victory.

If Yuri was with a good trainer like Goosen or Roach he would be a beast but since he has a crappy promoter, trainer and probably work ethic he's fighting on natural talent nowadays.
I'm right with ya, bruh. Unfortunately, from what I'm hearing, Carlos will be training his son again. Very ****** move by Gamboa (in a string of ****** moves). He needs a top-notch trainer, not his dad. This fight will be difficult enough. The trainer might make the difference.

Wow, didn't expect that height difference... I have Crawford by UD.

It should be. This is a very tall order for Yuri (no pun intended). If he manages to get past Crawford, Gamboa's back in business.

He won't win, I don't think he's beaten anyone on the level of Crawford, obvisouly the same vice versa but the size and respective career momentum is in favour of Crawford. Garcia would have been a much easier fight IMO.

A much more realistic billing would be:

                      Alvarez - 5'7

                      Lara - 5'8
