I am a big Gamboa fan, but he is better served if he can make the weight to fight at 126. There is no way no matter how good he is that he can overcome those physical disadvantages fighting the elite at 135.

My only hope is that Gamboa can pull a Tyson and overcome that height and reach disadvantage. I'm hoping I'm wrong, but this just doesn't look good for Yuri. Earlier today I looked up their heights. TC is listed at 5'8" and Gamboa at 5'5 1/2". Unless Crawford is wearing lifts, he looks like his height advantage is greater than 2 1/2 inches.

Crawford is not 5'8". Burns is listed at 5'10" and he was as tall as him.

I feel ya, bruh. I'm not happy about this idea myself. The only consolation is, if Yuri can beat a guy like Crawford at 135, he's still got it...and more than I ever gave him credit for. Fingers crossed....

Geez, whats the arm length difference? I feel as if Crawford will have all the physical advantages and he'll be smart enough to exploit all of them. I agree, Gamboa better Tyson the guy and fast, but I think Crawford is savvy enough to handle any Tyson-esque impersonations Gamboa brings.

It's going to be really tough for Gamboa to win this fight. Who the hell is training Yuri for this fight? His dad?

If Yuri was with a good trainer like Goosen or Roach he would be a beast but since he has a crappy promoter, trainer and probably work ethic he's fighting on natural talent nowadays.
