First of all, if Cotto were to beat Sergio Martinez that would mean that Martinez is atlest 60 to 70% shot.

And if Floyd or Pacquiao are gonna win a MW title, it better be from a legit MW, not a super bloated Cotto.

Even win it from Martinez or Glovokin, no middle ground.

Manny has constantly claimed 154 was too high for him to go back, but he would try 160 if Sergio looks old/washed up or if the belt is held by a very small Cotto. If he wanted that belt or Sergio, he had years to do it while Sergio was the man but of course he was 'too big' at that point.

That's not just aimed at Manny, I hate seing this from fighters in general.
Didnt they say theyd fight Sergio at 150 then Sergio said yes and everyone went silent? Some ish like that.

Anyway... Cotto looking to get paid if he can somehow pull it off and not die.

Pac would get starched by a remotely decent Sergio. Just too much to overcome in relation skill.

Can you imagine how ridiculous a fight between Manny and Cotto would be for the mw title? Lmao.

Cotto would likely chase Floyd though for the money or Canelo...

Damn is it bad that I dont see Cotto beating ANYONE?

Lol Arum knows Pacquiao is essentially finished. He has no more big money fights with the Top Rank WW drought, and with Pac's contract about to end he wants to squeeze out the last remaining pennys from his cash cow before chucking him out of hiding to finally enter the lion's den. Bob Arum-boxing's best super fight sabotager.

If Cotto wins, why would he chase Floyd or Canelo for the money? Top Rank opponents seem to be paid far more than Goldenboy usually offer. I'd said there'd be more money in a Pac fight than against Floyd. Although from a hispanic point of view, stoking the old Mexican- Puerto Rico rivalry would lead to big interest.

I got anyone which he will fight at middleweight! This is just ridiculous.... Pacman cannot withstand punchs from the likes of GGG, Martinez or even Quillin.
Pac would have the speed advantage but that would be it!!! Not an advantage in power, and Conditioning will cause a problem moving up so far being he is such a little man..

This could be the end of his career, if he follows through with it.

                  How much does Martinez rehydrate?

Pacquiao beats Cotto at any weight so thats not an issue.

Cotto against Mayweather/Alvarez for the MW title would make him huge money. Those are crazy big fights to the casual fan.

                      That's how Pacquiao always operate..

Catch them when they vulnerable if it was a hard fought win or brutal loss, they are next in line to fight Pacquiao.
